Transfer Services Description
The transfertaxivan.gr platform connects passengers seeking transportation services with professional drivers offering transfers to and from specific destinations. These services include airport transfers, port transfers, hotel transfers, and private transportation.
All services provided through the platform are collectively referred to as “Services”.
User Participation & Termination
This agreement applies to all users of the transfertaxivan.gr platform. You may stop using our services at any time by notifying us in writing or via email. Upon termination, we will remove your personal data unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business reasons.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
Driver Responsibilities
By providing services through transfertaxivan.gr, drivers confirm that:
They are at least 20 years old
They hold a valid driving license and all required permits
They are legally authorized to operate the vehicle used for passenger transportation
Their vehicle meets all safety, legal, and technical requirements
They maintain valid insurance coverage as required by law
They accept full responsibility for any liability arising during passenger transportation
They comply with all non-discrimination laws and policies
Luggage Policy
During the booking process, passengers must declare the number and size of luggage accurately. Vehicle allocation and pricing depend on this information.
Standard luggage includes suitcases up to 48 x 32 x 18 cm
Oversized items must be declared as additional luggage
Extra luggage may incur an additional charge of €5 per item
If undeclared luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, additional charges or vehicle changes may apply.
All personal belongings are transported at the passenger’s own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the passenger.
Transporting illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden. Animals are not permitted, except certified guide dogs.
⚠️ Travel luggage is not allowed inside the passenger cabin.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Up to 75 minutes for flights
Up to 50 minutes for ferries
Additional waiting time is charged €15 per 20 minutes
Night surcharge applies between 22:00 – 06:00, only if delays exceed standard waiting time.
Final Notes
Reservations made less than 6 hours before pickup are valid only upon explicit confirmation from our support team. In case of flight or ferry delays, our drivers will monitor arrivals and adjust accordingly.
